Request for Koogers17

Well i wanted to do some others but i dunno why but this guy sticked out more than teh others which is wierd cause there was some pretty interesting looking people . i tested with watercolor as usual and i went a bit overboard on this request cause i realized i spent 1 hour making it perfected for no reason other than i really wanted to do a good job on it . teh eyes are new and i did some clipping here with mixing of colors now i dont know what the weird spiky things where in his picture i wasnt going to bother drawing them but i wanted a challenge so i did anyway haaa  . i also changed teh outline color form black to dark red cause it was more fitting
